Production has begun at Clivet’s new plant in Feltre (BL), built to meet the growing international demand for heat pumps and high-efficiency air-conditioning solutions.
The new production facility covers an area of approximately 14,000 square metres and represents a total investment of 24 million euros. The site is dedicated to the large-scale production of heat pumps, with a particular focus on applications in the commercial sector and the use of natural refrigerants. The production lines, all newly built, assemble the SHEEN series (30–60–90 kW), THUNDER (R290), STORM, SHEEN 130 kW and Modular HP ranges for the American market.
The new production facility is equipped with the most advanced energy-efficient technologies with low environmental impact: the building is powered by a photovoltaic system comprising 1,008 panels with a total capacity of 805 kWp, which covers 67 per cent of energy consumption, with an estimated self-consumption rate of 87 per cent, meaning that surplus energy will also be fed into the grid. Four wall boxes for charging electric vehicles have also been installed, in addition to the 31 already installed at the other plants.
