Tripoli Tower is a landmark commercial development in the heart of Tripoli, Libya. Designed to accommodate modern business activities, the high-rise required a robust and efficient cooling solution capable of ensuring occupant comfort and reliable year-round operation.

The challenge

The project demanded a high-capacity cooling system able to operate continuously under Libya's demanding climatic conditions while providing consistent performance for a prestigious commercial building. Reliability, operational continuity, and ease of maintenance were key project requirements.

The solution

CLIVET supplied a hydronic air conditioning solution based on six WDAT-iK4 540 air-cooled chillers. The system was selected to meet the specific cooling load requirements of the entire building.
