Air conditioning for the residential building

For the 8-apartment building in Motevarchi, the designer chose Clivet systems.

Each flat is equipped with a SPHERA EVO BOX heat pump for heating through radiant panels and the production of domestic hot water, and a multi-split system for summer cooling. 

Both the heat pump and the multi-split systems are equipped with inverter technology and low GWP R32 refrigerant for a home that is not only comfortable, but also sustainable in terms of energy consumption and environmentally friendly.

The building is part of a larger residential complex that envisages the construction of 2 more twin buildings.
