Thanks to the Packaged system, the logistic warehouse in Barcelona can regularly supply the commercial and industrial Customers of the Cémoi Group throughout southern Europe. The temperature and humidity control is automatic and cost-effective.

“The good conservation of chocolate is fundamental to keep unaltered both flavour and consistency. The warehouse must have a constant temperature between 18 and 20°C, with a 55% of relative humidity. The external air renewal must be continuously filtered to avoid the supply of polluted air, that would alter the taste of chocolate.

The Clivet system manages both temperature and humidity of the Barcelona logistics warehouse in an automatic and economically advantageous way, thanks to the high efficiency of the units and their energy recovery. It allows the air purification and renewal, and direct cooling with enthalpic free-cooling when outdoor temperatures are suitable to do that.”

The hydronic system with air handling units

With the Hydronic system, the chilled water and / or hot water for industrial processes are provided by the widest and most flexible range of chillers and heat pumps available on the market.

The air renewal and purification, as well as the air conditioning of production areas and offices, are assigned to AQX air handling units, which ensure proper air distribution in the environment, purify the air by filtration, cool or heat as needed, manage the humidity where necessary, ensure the necessary air renewal.
