The house is built with a prefabricated wood-frame system, reducing energy requirements. The main insulation is wood fibre and the external insulation is rock wool.
The solution for comfort was the installation of a complete Clivet system in which all the elements are designed to communicate with each other and be managed by a centralised control, which allows the optimisation of the available resources, always favouring the most energy sustainable one based on

• Heat pump with inverter technology and low GWP R32 refrigerant SPHERA EVO 2.0 for heating, cooling with radiant system and production of domestic hot water with 250 litre storage tank;
• ELFOFresh EVO air renewal and purification system with integrated electronic filter active on nanoparticles, PM10, pollen, fumes, viruses and bacteria and active thermodynamic recovery of the energy contained in exhaust air. This unit is used as the main generator in mid-season and in summer it operates as a dehumidifier, a fundamental element in combination with radiant panels
• Humidity and temperature sensors in each room to ensure ideal comfort in every area of the house
• Control4 NRG centralised control of all rooms in the house for heating, cooling and air quality
• 5 kW photovoltaic panels connected to a 15 kW photovoltaic energy storage to favour self-consumption instead of feeding the excess energy produced by the photovoltaic panels into the grid during the day.
