System description

The four-pipe system allows opposite needs to be met contemporarily on the part of areas with different usage, exposure or period of use.

The production of cooling energy is assigned to a refrigerator system equipped with scroll compressors with a highly efficient season ecological coolant R410A and with synergic management of the whole master-slave system.

The Zephir units located over the various floors are equipped with incorporated water coils with modulating adjustment and supply the primary air necessary for the cold beams used in the open spaces to operate correctly.

System description

Thanks to its compactness and consequent homogeneity of the loads, the building is served by a two-pipe system.

Due to the presence of the well the use of a low temperature geothermal system based on a water-water heat pump for the production of heating or cooling energy is advantageous. It uses the ecological coolant R410A and shows very high efficiency when working with a partial load. The modulating valve source side limits water consumption and stabilises the operation of the generator.

Distribution foresees box fan coil units for offices and ductable high flow rate terminal units for the areas open to the public.

The Zephir units supply the necessary air renewal with high energy efficiency thanks to the active incorporated thermodynamic recovery. In the mid season period they reduce the external air load and supply further active capacity on the room load.

System description

Initially the buyer will only furnish and use a part of the building, occupying the remaining areas later on. The loop system allows the initial investment to be reduced, delaying the purchase of part of the units.

The heat pumps in the single rooms can be activated automatically or by the users according to necessity, to heat or to cool. The loop system also allows energy transferral between areas operating in opposing ways and therefore considerable running economy.

The console for built-in installation EQV units are integrated into the peripheral furnishings of the open space areas while the corridors are served by CH-V cabinet units located in the equipment rooms in the floor.

Fresh air is guaranteed by Zephir, which automatically also carries out energy recovery on the expelled air.
