Cutting oil heating - caused by stock removal work, high pressure pumping and the filtration process - is disposed of through suitable heat exchangers with inspectionable plates, fed by Clivet WDATA twin-screw refrigerators. System description

There are various phases in the wine-making process which require precise temperature control: from clarifying to fermentation to stabilisation and barrel-aging, the constant availability of cool water ensures a correct wine-making process. As the load disposal progress is highly variable, with a maximum value during the fermentation phase, the system uses high efficiency chillers optimised for partial load functioning, equipped with several Scroll compressors for each refrigeration circuit and able to handle glycol mixtures at low temperatures. The integrated Hydropack pumping units are complete with reserve pump thus ensuring the highest operational reliability.

System description

The drugs are produced in suitable tanks fitted with stirrers in which solid components are dissolved under due control using appropriately treated and demineralised water. The thermal cycle foresees heating by coil powered by hot water and subsequent cooling through external jacket cooled water circulation . After sufficient filtration, the drug is sent to storage tanks for subsequent packaging.
The system for simultaneous production of hot and cooled water uses well water as an energy source. This is also used for seasonal air conditioning of laboratories and offices, by means of air treatment units complete with wired adjustments and fan coils respectively. Fresh air for the offices is treated with independent air-air heat pumps from the Zephir series, complete with energy recovery on expelled air of the active thermodynamic type.

System description

Ideal for large volume environments, the packaged system is made up of particularly compact independent packaged units, suitable for outside roof, platform or ground installation. Electric and hydraulic connections and to the air distribution system through ducting are sufficient for the system to be operative immediately. This allows, with high energy efficiency, the desired conditions in the rooms to be automatically maintained and consequently the productive processes to proceed correctly together with the wellbeing of the operators. The specific highly efficient refrigeration circuit setup, low consumption by ventilation and standard energy recovery lead to a considerable reduction in the management costs of the entire system.
